If you have a business or a community organisation account, you can now apply to link your organisation to additional authorities via your profile.

This allows you and other users from your organisation to use the same credentials to login to multiple authorities. (You still need to login to each authority separately, via their login page.)

Once logged into an authority’s account, only projects and offers linked to that authority will show. You will, however, be able to populate the project or offer form with information you saved or posted to another authority.

If you already are registered with multiple authorities and want to use the same email address to login to all your accounts, please email
support [@] matchmyproject.org.

1. Locating the application form

If you have a business or a community organisation account, you can apply to link your organisation’s account to additional authorities.

This happens in the ‘Profile’ section under ‘Contracting authorities’.

Click ‘Apply to authorities’.

You will be reminded to review your organisation details before continuing. If you confirm your organisation details are up to date, you can access the form to apply to more authorities.

The other option in the ‘Contracting Authorities’ section is to check where authorities are based by clicking ‘Where they’re based.’

2. Making your application

First, select the authorities you want to apply to. Please only apply to authorities that work in the same locations as your organisation.

You then need to explain why you would like to apply to these authorities. The question is phrased slightly differently depending on your user type.

If your application is sent successfully, you will see a confirmation message.

3. Tracking your applications

Keep track of your pending applications in the Contracting Authorities section of your Profile. Your approved applications will be shown here too.

If your application is approved, you will receive an email notification with a link to login to the new authority account. If your application isn’t successful, you will also get an email notification stating the reason why it hasn’t been accepted.

You still need to login to each authority’s account separately. Once logged in, only your team’s projects and offers linked to that authority will show.
