The data download has recently been updated! In this article you’ll find details of the latest changes. For a general overview of the download and how to navigate the tabs, see this guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These changes include some upgraded metrics and bring the download in line with the site as a whole, reflecting recent improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. See more detail about community and supplier users<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

New columns in the Users_Community<\/em> and Users_Supplier<\/em> tabs now include all the information from the sign-up form<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 How they heard about Match My Project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 The information to establish any pre-existing relationships<\/strong> with your organisation such as a recent contract, if community organisations have recently received funding from you or recognised funders and if they are a member of the local community & voluntary sector infrastructure body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some other changes include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 New activity data<\/strong> for each user showing the number of logins in the past month and average monthly logins in the past 6 months, replacing the login log tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 For clarity, Charities Commission and Companies House numbers are in separate columns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Keep tabs on key project and offer data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A few important data points have been added to help you understand your matches better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 The match date and completion date<\/strong> has been added. For community initiated projects, these dates are located in the Projects<\/em> tab, columns AG-AH. For business initiated in-kind support offers, they’re shown in columns Z and AA of the Supplier resource offers<\/em> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 The supplier\u2019s tag for whether the project counts as Social Value or CSR<\/strong> is now displayed in the Project offers<\/em> and Supplier resource offers<\/em> tabs in a column called Social value \/ CSR<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Track jobs and training data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

There are new tabs help you keep track of all jobs and training opportunities created by businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Jobs & Training<\/em> lists all opportunities posted by suppliers and <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 The Referrals<\/em> tabs list all referrals made by community organisations to jobs, training and work placement opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. See new overview data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The aggregated data has been slightly restructured to be more useful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 In the Overview<\/em> tab, there’s new ‘all time’ data, additional to quarterly data for the current financial year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. View and navigate data with ease <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We fixed the extra-wide columns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 The resized, standardised columns are easier to work with, prevent too much scrolling and improve readability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
